This year we will be running an intensive 10 day Redwood Coast School of Missions. Morning ministry begins at 8:30 a.m. with prayer and worship, followed by classes beginning at 9:15 a.m. to 1 p.m. followed by lunch that is provided free by the school. Breakfast is also provided free. Meals are not provided on the weekend. Morning classes are open to all RCSM students and visitors are welcome if there is enough room. We will be covering, among other topics: Jesus in the Gospels (the four portraits of Christ and how it relates to missions and ministry), Acts & Missions, How to Study the Bible, Adventures in Missions, The Persecuted Church, Preparing for a Short-Term Missions Trip, Soul Care and more. Our evening sessions begin at 7 p.m. in the evening and features some very gifted speakers who are involved in significant works in God's kingdom. Please see our "Instructors" page for bios. Evening sessions topics will be: Cultivating missional eyes, missional hearts, missional minds, missional hands, missional feet.
These rich, challenging classes, and inspirational evening sessions, accompanied by corporate prayer and worship times will prove to be a life changing experience for all those involved. At present we are running the school free of charge though we do appreciate donations. Redwood Coast School of Missions will be providing breakfast and lunch only. ALL evening sessions are open to the public. Morning classes will be held in the Fireplace Room and evening sessions will be held in the Lighthouse Room or the church sanctuary.
Along with this exciting school comes opportunity to go on various missions trips both locally and abroad. Trips currently being planned will be to Wales, Mexico, and local trips Mercy's Haven and Mountain of Mercy.
